Ana Prada gives us a deep dive into the Core and her perspective on connecting fluidically to the Core. In this course you will learn 13 core-focused exercises that can be used independently or as a series. Ana also works in anatomical and fascial concepts of the fluidic core.

Suggested props are a wall, a chair, a block or 1/2 roller and a mat--all items easily found in the house. Outline provided. This class is adapted to all levels. A basic level of anatomy understanding is helpful.
